House Omicron is a collective for creatives and visionaries. It borrows various aspects of its makeup from organizations such as fraternities, masterminds and life groups. Don’t let the crest, symbols and letters fool you. Most of it is aesthetically incorporated to appeal to the creative mind. There is a crest. There is a mascot. There are symbols and meanings to go along with them.
However, the true mission of this collective is to, first and foremost, reconnect the Creative to the Creator. In renewing and strengthening that connection, we discover the true meaning and purpose behind our gifts. We are called to be good stewards over our gifts, and to serve others through the use of them.
It is a most firm belief, that our gifts and talents can make room for us, take us great places, and place us before great people. We just have to put faith and action behind the visions.
Many of creatives are planning, waiting, doubting, overthinking and procrastinating our way out of what our gifts could really do for us… but even more so, what they can do for OTHERS. Some have ideas, books, music, works of art, poems, productions, etc., just waiting to get out of them. That journey can start with House Omicron.
As a collective we consider it foolish to think that we are makers of ourselves. It is only right to acknowledge “the Source” of who and what we are in all that we do. We are the creations, the children of the almighty God. We cannot be separated from Him, just as we cannot be separated from our own creations. It is also our collective belief, that as His creations, we are also to a degree, inheritors of His creative power. He alone should be the one who gets the glory for all that we accomplish through our gifts and talents. The key to joining the collective at its deepest level lies in owning this truth.
OUR CORE BELIEF
We dedicate ourselves to building valuable and impactful bodies of work. Our works will live longer than we will. Our influence will outlive us as well. However, no one will be impacted by our works if we are not productive and prolific.
OUR MISSION
The Tiger has been chosen as the official mascot of the House Omicron Collective because a group of tigers is called a “STREAK”. Both as individuals and as a group, we set out on this mission to perpetuate an endless “streak” of creativity.
